We want to ignite dreams pass, pass positive energy！中文：中國體操男團隊長(cháng)陳一冰是我最喜歡的運動(dòng)員之一，喜歡他不僅僅是因為他是世界冠軍，是我們中國人的驕傲，更因為陳一冰講的團隊協(xié)作精神傳遞正能量。
從08年北京奧運會(huì )我就記住了這個(gè)吊環(huán)王，很有點(diǎn)個(gè)性的小伙子。在今年的倫敦奧運會(huì )上，我一直關(guān)注體操的比賽，因為比賽和研修沖突，沒(méi)有時(shí)間看電視，就利用研修的邊隙，看看網(wǎng)上的新聞評論。
在預賽中因為郭偉陽(yáng)臨時(shí)上場(chǎng)，導致出現了很多重大失誤，排名跌到有史以來(lái)最差，也讓大家對他們的決賽不抱希望。 但是大逆轉就是這樣不可思議的發(fā)生，當我在網(wǎng)上看到中國男團最終以零失誤成功衛冕的標題，真是非常激動(dòng)。
這次通過(guò)開(kāi)學(xué)第一課我知道他們成功的原因，因為陳一冰在給同學(xué)們上課的時(shí)候說(shuō)，預賽失誤后，團隊成員在一起總結原因，互相鼓勵，沒(méi)有一個(gè)人埋怨，隊員之間傳遞的是一種正能量，而別的國家在失敗后，隊員之間卻互相埋怨，傳遞的是負能量，一正一負，產(chǎn)生的效果可想而知。 傳遞正能量。
陳一冰說(shuō)的多好啊！現在我們所提倡的鼓勵，是人都愛(ài)聽(tīng)好話(huà)，聽(tīng)了好話(huà)之后干勁更足，誰(shuí)愿意聽(tīng)批評啊！即使錯了，也有原因，也希望得到理解，而不是諷刺、挖苦、抱怨，負面的批評有的能產(chǎn)生激勵作用，但大多只能讓人越聽(tīng)越喪氣，逆境出人才，但順境更易出人才！ 我們要點(diǎn)燃夢(mèng)想傳，傳遞正能量。
